April Anne Roma

After passing the Certified Public Accountant Licensure Examination (CPALE) in 2015, April built a strong foundation in tax compliance and advisory at one of the country’s largest and most prestigious accounting firms. Starting as a Tax Associate and later advancing to Tax Senior Associate, she developed deep expertise in corporate taxation, regulatory compliance, and financial advisory.

April later joined a publicly listed multinational cement manufacturing company as its Tax and Business Permits Officer/Supervisor, where she managed business registrations, tax filings, and regulatory compliance. It was during this time that she decided to pursue a law degree. In 2021, while attending law school, she transitioned into a Paralegal role in the company’s Legal & Compliance Department, further expanding her knowledge in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and legal risk management. April earned her Juris Doctor degree in 2024 and successfully passed the Philippine Bar Exam in the same year. She was officially admitted to the Bar in 2025.

As a new junior associate, April is gaining hands-on experience across corporate law, compliance, and business regulatory matters, applying both her legal and accounting expertise to provide strategic insights for clients.

Outside of work, April unwinds by watching K-dramas and movies, a pastime that helps her relax and recharge.
