Christian Justin Streegan

Justin, known to his peers as “Streegs,” brings extensive experience from his work as an associate at a large law firm, particularly in corporate and commercial law. He has handled corporate housekeeping, structuring and reorganization, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and government procurement for both local and multinational corporations. His involvement in mergers and acquisitions and due diligence reports has provided him with a robust understanding of the legal complexities in industries such as vape products, construction and real estate, pharmaceutical/FDA registration, internet gaming, and gambling.

Currently, Streegs practices corporate law and is part of AJA’s supply chain logistics team. Through his practice, he assists corporations with import/export regulations, customs audits, trade facilitation, documentation preparation, and customs advisory to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Streegs is a skilled problem-solver with a natural ability to establish rapport with people, making his clients feel comfortable and confident in his skills. His passion for networking and meeting individuals from diverse backgrounds has broadened his perspective on the practice of law, allowing him to offer practical legal advice.

In his free time, Streegs enjoys the strategic challenge of playing chess. To unwind, he immerses himself in movies, particularly historical epics, westerns, and comedies.
