Cee Jay Sabile

Cee Jay graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from San Beda University – Manila. He continued his legal education at the same esteemed institution, earning his Juris Doctor and graduating in 2021 before being admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2022.

Before joining AJA Law, Cee Jay gained experience at a full-service law firm, developing his expertise across a broad spectrum of legal domains, including criminal law, civil law, immigration law, and general corporate services. His academic background in Psychology has significantly influenced his legal career, particularly in labor law. Cee Jay has managed labor law cases at various levels, from the Labor Arbiter to the Court of Appeals. His extensive experience in both civil and criminal litigation has honed his skills in drafting pleadings and motions and making numerous court appearances early in his career.

Since joining the firm, Cee Jay has expanded his professional experience by working predominantly on corporate accounts and addressing the multifaceted needs of his clients. He has been involved in various corporate and commercial legal matters, including incorporations, structure changes, amendments, regulatory compliance, and corporate housekeeping. Cee Jay caters to the unique needs of diverse corporate clients, from startups seeking guidance on initial structuring to more established corporations requiring sophisticated compliance strategies and governance frameworks.

In his personal time, Cee Jay is an avid freediver, finding peace and inspiration in exploring the underwater world. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, often seeking out new restaurants or embarking on road trips to explore nature. During his downtime, he loves listening to music, especially the works of Maki.
