Samantha Famae Feril

Sam is a dedicated attorney with a diverse legal background. Graduating Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication from the University of the Philippines, she continued her academic pursuit at San Beda University, where she earned her law degree and graduated with honors.

Sam began her career at a reputable law firm, where she spent nearly two years honing her skills in various legal areas, including civil and commercial transactions, estate settlements, labor disputes, and criminal defense. She then transitioned to public service, dedicating two years as a Public Attorney, advocating for the rights of the underprivileged. In this role, she independently handled numerous civil, administrative, and criminal cases, demonstrating her ability to craft strategic legal solutions and her proficiency in litigation. Sam also played a vital role in leading free legal seminars and mass consultations for residents of different barangays, underscoring her dedication to community service and legal education.

Currently, Sam’s primary focus lies in corporate business, real estate, and labor law. She provides legal guidance to clients navigating corporate transactions, contractual negotiations, business startups, workplace regulations, property transfers, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, Sam serves as counsel in the gaming industry, offering specialized legal support tailored to the unique challenges and regulatory frameworks of this sector. She assists clients with licensing, compliance matters, and provides strategic advice on risk management and operational issues.

In her free time, Sam enjoys coaching Bar examinees, playing basketball, diving into video games, or playing the piano.
